Schedule Changes
Mindd Foundation reserves the right to change speakers, sessions, and timings without prior notice. While we aim to deliver all advertised content, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.
Force Majeure
Mindd Foundation is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics). In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, offer virtual alternatives, or issue refunds or credits where possible.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Mindd Foundation reserves the right to remove, without refund, any attendee who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
Media Release
By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded. Mindd Foundation may use this content for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please inform our staff upon arrival.
Livestream Access Requirements
Livestream attendees are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and compatible devices. Mindd Foundation is not responsible for technical issues on the attendee's side that may prevent access to content.
Event Platform and Content Access
In-person and livestream attendees are granted access to the designated event platform — and to session recordings, downloadable slides, resources, and related content made available on that platform — only for a limited period of 60 days following the last day of the event. Continued access beyond the 60-day period is not guaranteed and is not included as part of the event ticket.
Recordings are provided for the sessions covered by your ticket type. 1-Day Live Stream ticket holders will receive access to the recording of Day 3 (2 May 2026) only. Day 1 of Practitioner Training (30 April 2026, MAPS sessions) cannot be recorded or livestreamed per MAPS organisation policy and is excluded from all recordings.
